What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to further develop educational programs and support student success in a collaborative environment.

I am a performance-driven and enthusiastic educator with over 15 years of experience in counseling and educational administration. My journey has been marked by a commitment to enhancing student success through comprehensive counseling programs and collaborative leadership. At Legacy Early College High School, I have designed and implemented a school counseling program that promotes equity and access to rigorous educational experiences for all students.

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the community. My role involves not only delivering academic and personal counseling but also mentoring new teachers and collaborating with various stakeholders to create innovative strategies for student recruitment and support. I take pride in my achievements, including being named LECHS Teacher of the Year in 2022 and significantly increasing on-time graduation rates among at-risk students.
