What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can counsel and coach individuals toward real change, combine relationship-building with structured accountability, and collaborate with a team that values communication, growth, and measurable outcomes.

I’m an experienced educator, coach, counselor, and facilitator with 25+ years of helping people identify goals, overcome barriers, and build actionable strategies for personal and professional growth. I’m known for building trust quickly, simplifying complex concepts, and guiding clients toward confident, measurable progress through active listening, accountability, and solution-focused support.

In my current role, I facilitate virtual and in-person counseling sessions, track outcomes, and adjust approaches to maximize effectiveness and satisfaction—building expertise through more than 1,400 hours of individual client work. I’ve also led operations and training in a co-owned business, and I bring a strong school-counseling and educator background, including improving student outcomes, expanding FCCLA membership by 75%, and helping implement PBIS and Restorative Justice initiatives.
