What I'm looking for

I seek a long-term HR leadership role where I can drive strategic talent and benefits programs, coach managers, improve HR processes, and contribute to a collaborative, results-driven culture.

I am a SHRM-CP certified HR professional with a BBA in Management and a track record of progressive HR leadership across staffing, talent acquisition, and operations. I combine polished communication, analytical thinking, and subjective leadership to drive results.

As HR Manager I partner with executives and managers to strategically manage benefits administration, talent management, employee relations, leave management, progressive discipline, and HR investigations for over 1,800 employees across 270 locations. I led the company transition from ADP and iCIMS to Workday and previously owned recruitment strategy and full-cycle hiring, educating leaders on interview techniques, EEOC policy, and onboarding best practices.

Earlier roles in talent acquisition, branch management, and account management gave me deep experience in high-volume recruiting, campus outreach, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process development. I am results-driven, enjoy healthy competition, and seek a long-term role where I can make an objective impact and continue developing as an HR leader.
