I am a results-driven operations and customer service professional with over 15 years’ experience managing high-value client portfolios, coordinating logistics, and leading cross-functional teams across EMEA. I lead multinational teams to ensure service excellence, policy compliance, and accurate invoicing while resolving escalations and improving processes.

Fluent in French and English, I adapt quickly to remote and multicultural environments and master new technologies such as Microsoft Office, Oracle and Salesforce.
