What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an HR Generalist or People Operations role with a remote-first, distributed team where I can support organizational development through analytical, people-focused HR practices.

I support organizational development through job design, performance management, workforce planning, and data-driven HR decision-making.

At the Supreme Court of Justice, I designed and updated job descriptions with department leaders, supported performance evaluations across multiple departments, and analyzed confidential HR data to inform organizational decisions. I also contributed to organizational analysis and the optimization of structures and roles.

My background in Psychology strengthens my people-focused approach to employee development, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.

Alongside my HR experience, I’ve worked in international customer service and retail environments, communicating in Spanish and English, resolving issues, and supporting fast-paced team operations. I’m currently completing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Digital Talent Development.
