At HelloWatt Spain, I manage recruitment and onboarding, oversee contracts, payroll and administrative support, and deliver internal communications, training and events projects.

I collaborate directly with the HRBP on training plans and cross-functional projects supporting company growth. I joined as an HR Intern and moved to a fixed-term contract in July 2026.

At DB1 Group, I supported onboarding, internal audits and OKR tracking as a Human Resources Analyst. Before that, I administered the corporate learning platform and followed up on mandatory courses as a Human Resources Assistant.
