I’m a cybersecurity and IT professional with hands-on experience supporting critical infrastructure environments in the energy sector. In my current role as a WORK IT / Cybersecurity Support Officer, I handle day-to-day operational IT and security controls across distributed sites, including deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting endpoint security agents and user devices.
I’m known for reliability and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially under pressure. I also manage user onboarding/offboarding, device configuration, access provisioning, and troubleshoot network and firewall connectivity issues to reduce downtime—while maintaining IT/security documentation, asset records, and audit-ready reports. With an MSc in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics (in progress), I bring a strong foundation in enterprise IT support and incident response support.
