At Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, I install and maintain network infrastructure across airport facilities, extending reliable connectivity to more than 100 end users in a mission-critical aviation environment.

I manage Active Directory accounts and access permissions, troubleshoot connectivity issues through port tracing and network diagnostics, and maintain network topology and IT asset documentation for audits and operational continuity. I also provide first-line hardware and network support in a regulated, security-conscious setting.

Previously, I supported end users at Ghana Digital Centres Ltd. across Windows, macOS, and Linux, while setting up hardware and applying device security best practices. I also worked remotely with Forever Incorporated IT Agency, coordinating administrative and operational work across a distributed team.

Alongside IT support, I built a Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and MySQL business intelligence project with interactive dashboards and real-time analytics. I'm pursuing CompTIA Security+ and have completed cybersecurity simulations with Deloitte and Mastercard, including phishing simulation design and results analysis.
