I'm looking for production, application, cloud, or DevOps support work where I can troubleshoot critical issues, automate operations, support CI/CD and cloud environments, and improve reliability through monitoring, RCA, and ITIL processes.

I've supported production and application environments for Walmart through Becons Software, as well as Cognizant and Infosys, resolving critical incidents within SLA across banking, e-commerce, insurance, and financial services.

I troubleshoot Linux/UNIX systems, SQL issues, AWS CloudWatch, and TypeScript applications; automate operations with Shell and Bash; and support Jenkins deployments, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, RCA, and ITIL-driven release processes.
