What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead software and digital product delivery where I can improve requirements, Agile workflows, cross-functional coordination, and client outcomes.

I manage web and software delivery for international clients at EVNE Developers, coordinating developers, QA engineers, designers, and client-side stakeholders from discovery through UAT and release.

At NeonPurple, I provide on-demand project and product management support, organize documentation, transfer project knowledge, and refine requirements using user feedback and metrics. Previously at NC1, I managed software projects, clarified tasks, coordinated resources, tracked risks, and improved delivery workflows.

I also co-founded SWOT Consulting, where I led operations, consulting delivery, budgeting, client relationships, and digital implementations for HoReCa businesses. My background includes SEO and web project coordination across WordPress, Drupal, and Shopify.
