What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a delivery- and product-focused role where I can own backlog and execution, align international stakeholders, and turn messy workflows into scalable systems—ideally across SaaS or IoT—using Agile practices and clear KPI reporting.

I’m a delivery-focused Project and Product Manager with 4+ years of experience leading remote, cross-functional teams across SaaS, IoT, and digital products. I’m strong at turning unstructured workflows into scalable systems while aligning stakeholders to drive execution in fast-paced environments.

Most recently, I managed end-to-end delivery of IoT and automation solutions, owned the backlog, and ran sprint planning cycles. I structured requirements into delivery-ready execution plans and coordinated releases to keep stakeholders aligned and delivery on track.

Earlier work includes supporting SaaS, marketing, and operations projects as a freelance Product/Project Management Consultant by building repeatable workflows in Asana and ClickUp and improving reporting and accountability. I also contributed to web and blockchain product launches by coordinating design, development, and sprint execution, and defining MVP scope and delivery priorities.
