What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex digital product delivery, build effective Agile processes, align international stakeholders, and help cross-functional teams deliver reliably from requirements through release.

I've delivered fintech, mobile, web, healthcare, and adtech products across full SDLCs, most recently leading a high-complexity fintech product at Umber. I align international stakeholders, technical teams, third-party integrations, releases, risks, and operations from requirements through production.

Across Plexteq, ViTech, Viseven, and earlier adtech work, I've built Scrum processes, managed multiple concurrent projects, and led cross-functional teams of up to 22 people. I'm a Certified Scrum Master who combines backlog prioritization, delivery coordination, client communication, people coaching, and practical project controls.
