I’m a Project Manager based in Ukraine, focused on delivering high-quality web and digital products from discovery through launch. I work with international clients and cross-functional teams, leading clear communication, expectation alignment, and on-time execution in fast-paced environments.

At Halo Lab, I managed a wide range of projects including branding, website design, web development, mobile app design, UX/UI audits, and SEO initiatives. I prioritize tasks based on business impact and stakeholder input, coordinating designers and developers across multiple projects while keeping delivery consistent.

I built more structured sprint planning and prioritization processes to improve team alignment and outcomes. I also continuously tested hypotheses—launching new pages, running A/B testing, and analyzing competitors—to improve SEO, conversion rates, and overall website performance.

I’m especially proud of turning challenging starts into successful launches, including taking over projects with misaligned expectations, re-establishing structured communication, and delivering fully redesigned websites. I’ve contributed to strong client satisfaction, including receiving a 5-star Clutch review, and I enjoy coaching teams toward predictable delivery and better collaboration.
