At SmartOrange, I manage up to 10 concurrent projects for international B2B clients across web development, redesign, digital marketing, and 3D visualization. I coordinate cross-functional teams of 5–20 specialists and keep clients, executive stakeholders, and production teams aligned on scope and delivery.
I plan schedules, coordinate sprint execution, track workloads, and address risks and blockers across the project lifecycle. I also gather and document requirements and manage project tracking and reporting in Jira and Worksection.
Previously, at Healthcare Software Development Outsourcing & Product, I managed software projects across mobile and desktop platforms in outsourcing and product environments. My Computer Science studies have included system design, requirements analysis, user flows, UML diagrams, and databases.
