I’m seeking a remote Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support or Operations role where I can drive client relationships, resolve complex issues, exceed targets, and support business growth across global time zones.

I’m a Corporate Relationship Officer with 7+ years of experience in corporate banking, customer success, account management, business development, and client relationship management. I manage a portfolio of approximately 31 corporate clients, supporting tailored financial solutions, onboarding corporate customers, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

I’m known for delivering excellent customer service and resolving complex client issues while consistently exceeding business targets. I also develop new business opportunities, coordinate with internal teams to improve issue resolution, supervise retail sales teams, and prepare proposals, reports, and presentations that help clients and management move forward.
