What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role in customer service, administration, client support, or operations where I can use my experience managing records, supporting clients, preparing reports, and completing tasks accurately and on time.

At Sprint Micro-Credit, I manage relationships for a portfolio of about 50 customers, maintain client records, follow up on loan repayments, review client information, and prepare monthly reports. I’ve built customer relationships that generated referrals while maintaining a good repayment record among the clients I manage.

I’ve also supported MEDA and Johns Hopkins University/KNUST research projects through field data collection, respondent interviews, data-quality checks, report writing, and monitoring and evaluation support. I enjoy working with people, solving problems, and ensuring tasks are completed properly and on time.
