At Royal Cyber, I lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and SPM. I define enterprise platform strategy, governance models, upgrade roadmaps, and scalable integration patterns.
Previously at CIGNEX, I built custom and scoped ServiceNow applications, reusable components, advanced workflows, Flow Designer solutions, IntegrationHub spokes, and AngularJS-based Service Portal interfaces. I also led ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD implementations while supporting CI/CD, source control, ATF, and automated deployments.
