I build the sales, automation, and reporting systems that make commercial growth repeatable. At Excelerate, I run end-to-end SME and public-sector pipelines while developing partnerships that connect training solutions with workforce needs.

I've built enrolment workflows, tracking systems, real-time dashboards, CRM web apps, lead-scoring prototypes, and reporting automations using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, SQL, and dashboard tools. These tools saved more than 50 operational hours monthly, reduced reporting turnaround by about 45%, and improved productivity by up to 65%.

I also maintain clean, audit-ready data across more than 50,000 sales and learner records, working across sales, operations, finance, and delivery partners. My earlier work at UOB strengthened my accuracy in regulated case handling, fraud and credit investigation support, and CRM data quality.

Before that, at ByteDance, I reviewed and categorised more than 1,000 media items daily while collaborating on quality audits, policy application, and trend reporting. I bring a commercial mindset alongside the practical ability to build internal tools without a dedicated developer.
