I’m looking to architect and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow platforms with strong ITSM/ITOM/CMDB governance, secure integrations, reusable frameworks, and automation—partnering with stakeholders in Agile teams to drive digital transformation.

I’m a ServiceNow Architect/Developer with 11+ years of experience across the full platform lifecycle—administration, development, consulting, and enterprise architecture on the ServiceNow platform. I bring deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC, with hands-on strength in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.

I focus heavily on CMDB design and delivering scalable enterprise solutions, including complex integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, and AWS. I also drive ITIL v3/v4-based IT operations—Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management—so the platform reliably supports real business outcomes.

I lead end-to-end implementations, defining platform governance and establishing reusable frameworks, CI/CD practices, and automation strategies.
