What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support customers through calls and email, manage records in a CRM, and help resolve issues fast—preferably with clear targets, teamwork, and room to grow in client support or collections.

I’m a customer-focused Sales Consultant and client support professional, experienced in handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, email communication, and complaint resolution. I’m comfortable working independently in remote environments and supporting teams across UK and US time zones.

In my current role at Vertex Solutions, I contact clients about outstanding accounts, negotiate and manage realistic payment plans, and keep CRM systems and client records accurate. I build trust-based relationships while ensuring clients understand and meet agreed commitments.

Previously, I managed emergency and non-emergency calls as an Administrator & Dispatcher, coordinating field teams through multi-line telephone systems and handling data entry. Earlier experience as a Debt Collector and Call Centre Representative strengthened my negotiation, escalation handling, and customer relationship skills through structured call scripts and CRM usage.
