What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use my German, Spanish, customer service, sales, technical support, recruitment, and tourism experience in an international company serving customers and helping teams meet business goals.

I've supported customers and sales teams at Enpal Egypt, VXI, Foundever, Amazon.de, Webhelp Egypt, and Vodafone International Services, serving German- and Spanish-speaking markets. I handle inquiries, troubleshooting, account support, customer follow-up, and sales coordination.

At Heidelberg Institute and Salamanca Language Courses, I taught German conversation, led German and Spanish teachers, developed curricula, and interviewed learners for international-company opportunities. I also recruited German and Spanish speakers for WorkEgypt, assessing language proficiency across grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, and spelling.

My tourism and hospitality background includes guiding German tourists at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Makadi Bay and welcoming guests at Sunrise Holidays Resort. I speak Arabic, German, and Spanish fluently, with strong English skills.
