What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a sales or customer support role where I can communicate with international customers, convert leads, resolve issues, and grow through performance-based opportunities.

I've worked across sales, customer support, and recruitment support for NAOS, Centro CDX, Vodafone UK campaigns, and Professional Connection.

At Centro CDX, I supported customers with transportation bookings, driving lessons, licensing requirements, and test scheduling, then converted warm leads into confirmed bookings through follow-up and negotiation.

At NAOS, I moved from commission-based medical-services sales into customer support, resolving inquiries, maintaining customer records, and assisting with candidate communication, screening, and coordination.
