I’m looking for a fast-paced, autonomy-rich role where I can redesign practice operations end-to-end—building culture, scalable systems, and referral engines—while partnering with clinicians to improve patient experience without burnout.

I’m an operations leader and practice consultant with 4+ years of progressive experience scaling multi-location healthcare and behavioral health practices. I’m known for building high-performing cultures, designing systems that sustain growth without burnout, and leading teams through complex transitions with empathy and precision.

As Founder & Principal Consultant of Stillpoint Mental Health Advisory, I consult independently with psychiatric and therapy practices nationwide. I design and implement scalable intake, scheduling, and provider utilization frameworks; advise on Spravato workflow design, culture development, and strategic positioning; and help refine predictable referral pipelines—so practice growth stays measurable and sustainable.

In my Director of Operations role, I oversaw all operations across a multi-location integrative psychiatric practice, including budgeting, staffing, compliance, and departmental leadership. I led an EHR migration from Office Ally to PracticeQ with zero disruption to patient care, launched an ADHD coaching program from concept to execution, and drove operational improvements through onboarding infrastructure, audits, and staff-focused feedback and recognition systems.

I also bring a business-operations foundation from my earlier work as a virtual executive assistant and consultancy founder, where I supported clients with executive-level organization, web design, SaaS onboarding, and brand content creation.
