What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior operator role in behavioral health or healthcare operations where I can scale multi-site systems, own P&L, strengthen revenue cycle and compliance, and build high-performance clinical teams.

I’m a behavioral health executive and operator with a 12-year track record of scaling multi-site specialty clinic operations. I grew The Chesapeake Center—from $850K to $9M+ annual revenue—across four locations, 30,000+ annual patient visits, and a team of 35+.

My core expertise is multi-site P&L management and behavioral health operations scaling, including revenue cycle management and payor relations. I’ve built scalable clinical and administrative infrastructure, completed 5 office build-outs on time and on budget, and maintained regulatory compliance across HIPAA, PCI, and CMS through policies, staff training, and technical safeguards.

In January 2026, I founded PsyCare+, a national behavioral health provider directory and marketing platform, where I’m building provider acquisition pipelines and B2B marketing systems.
