I'm looking to lead and scale behavioral health or virtual care operations, translating clinical, regulatory, and business priorities into stronger workflows, performance systems, quality improvement, and care-team enablement.

I've led behavioral health operations at Author Health, Guardian Virtual, Guided Steps Healthcare, and the U.S. Department of Labor, building care-management, virtual psychiatry, and substance-use-disorder workflows that strengthen execution and follow-through.

At Guardian Virtual, I designed and implemented a multi-state virtual SUD program, creating SOPs, implementation playbooks, training, governance, and centralized resources that supported 40% faster program rollouts and 25% lower administrative overhead. I also supervised a multi-level team of 25+ direct and indirect staff across four states.
