I’m an Operations Director in healthcare, overseeing end-to-end clinic operations for a high-volume interventional pain management practice. I focus on staffing, workflow optimization, and revenue performance—so the clinic runs efficiently while patients get timely, high-quality care.

I lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including candidate screening, interviewing, hiring, and structured training programs for administrative and clinical support roles. I manage and support a multidisciplinary team of 5, while serving as an operational resource for Physician Assistants and a physician—driving scheduling coordination, conflict resolution, and performance support.

I drive revenue optimization by monitoring charge entry accuracy and RVU performance, implementing strategies to increase procedural volume, and reducing gaps in provider schedules. I also contribute to financial performance through cost reduction initiatives and analysis of payer reimbursement trends, while ensuring regulatory compliance by coordinating HIPAA and OSHA training and leading MIPS quality measure initiatives to improve Medicare reimbursement year over year.

I’m strategic about operations and technology, leading implementation of automated call systems, fax solutions, patient portal optimization, and clinic phone systems to improve patient access. I partner directly with leadership on strategic growth initiatives—evaluating procedures and devices (e.g., SCS/PNS) and supporting remote patient monitoring—while helping expand interventional pain services in-person and via telehealth to reduce opioid dependence. Through regular one-on-ones, quarterly meetings, clear goal setting, and performance evaluations, I build a high-accountability, supportive team culture rooted in mentorship and continuous growth.
