What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an office administration role where I can own patient-facing workflows in EMR, process insurance tasks accurately, and deliver consistently excellent customer care in a team that values communication and efficiency.

I’m an Office Administrator with a strong record of delivering high customer care and satisfaction through clear communication, dependable follow-through, and efficient daily operations. I’m trusted for accurately managing front-office workflows—checking patients in and out, setting appointments, collecting payments, and keeping information organized and privacy-focused.

In my current role, I process insurance pre-authorizations, referrals, and claims while inputting patient information into EMR systems. I coordinate smoothly with clinicians and other staff, using effective time management and multitasking to meet goals and deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.

Before this, I worked as a Patient Service Representative and Patient Care Coordinator, where I handled greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, and maintaining patient privacy in EMR. I also supported payment collection and general office/secretarial duties, strengthening my ability to stay calm, responsive, and service-oriented under day-to-day pressure.

I’ve also brought leadership and customer service strengths from roles including Waitress/Manager and Call Center Associate, including receiving an award for excellent customer service. Across every position, I’ve proven I can lead, supervise, and manage daily operations while building trust with customers, patients, and teams.
