I am a versatile and compassionate administrative professional with extensive experience in patient access, office management, and customer service across healthcare and retail environments. I have a strong record of maintaining confidentiality, improving client and patient service delivery, and streamlining office operations while using EMR systems, Microsoft Excel, and bookkeeping practices.

I bring hands-on experience scheduling and supporting patients, reconciling financial records, managing inventory, and providing direct care as a CNA and home health aide. I am organized, attentive, and eager to continue learning—recently completing a BA in Business Administration and certifications to strengthen my administrative and peer support capabilities.
