I’m a multilingual Commerce graduate focused on finance, advanced French (B2 certified), and cross-cultural communication. I bring proven capabilities in financial analysis, market research, and content creation to help teams connect with customers and learners more effectively.

I resolved flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes while maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.
