I’ve handled inbound buyer calls and escalations at UDAAN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, keeping day-to-day team performance on Quality, AHT, Accuracy, and Occupancy. I also coached OJT batches and supported process and product knowledge training.

At UDAAN, I worked alongside core developers to help fix tech bugs/issues, understand new features as they roll out, and create SOP docs for ground teams. I owned troubleshooting for long-term outages/system degradations and coordinated call-outs to users/ops to verify product behavior.

More recently at Housemates, I’ve supported customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media, investigating and escalating when needed. I document interactions in the company CRM and balance B2C customer issues with B2B partner support.

In my current Toast role, I help customers through chats, voice calls, and casework with clear, professional messaging. I also review restaurant contracts, apply software/hardware pricing adjustments, use SaaS platforms for pricing workflows, and communicate pricing changes to drive timely approvals.
