I’m a results-driven Sales & Call Center Representative with over two years of experience in high-volume cold calling and remote customer support. In my roles at Helic & Co. and Adler Capital, I managed inbound and outbound calls, responded via phone, email, and chat, resolved inquiries, and drove product engagement. I also maintain customer records, follow up on requests, and secure live transfers to support revenue growth—supported by strong CRM management skills and structured follow-through.

Alongside sales work, I completed an internship as a Project Manager: AI Ecosystem Building at DAIMLAS, coordinating milestones, cross-team collaboration, meetings, deliverables, and documentation. I continue to pair that experience with training in Google Project Management and Google Data Analytics to help me bring organization and data-informed thinking to customer and revenue-focused teams.
