What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, KPI-driven role where I can own outbound cold calling and appointment setting, qualify B2B/B2C leads, and support sales teams with precise CRM updates, fast follow-ups, and continuous improvement.

I’m a results-driven Cold Calling Specialist, Appointment Setter, and Sales Development Representative with practical experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, and appointment booking. I build rapport quickly, qualify B2B/B2C prospects, handle objections, and maintain accurate CRM documentation to support pipeline and follow-up execution.

I also bring remote technical support experience from MTN Nigeria, where I managed tickets in Zendesk and de-escalated customer issues with clear, step-by-step troubleshooting. Beyond sales, I’ve promoted fintech product adoption as a Brand Ambassador at Cowrywise and coordinated AI ecosystem-building activities as a Project Manager with DAIMLAS/NACETEM.
