I’m looking for operations or general management roles where I can lead teams, own outcomes, and build the systems that let a business scale—using a data-driven approach to keep quality high even under pressure.

I’m an operations leader with 3+ years building and scaling systems across property, hospitality, and partner-facing teams. I currently manage revenue and distribution operations for a Property portfolio, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead partner/vendor relationships that keep service quality high under pressure.

Previously, I led teams through workflow redesigns that measurably improved response times and guest satisfaction—one team I managed maintained a 4.9 review score throughout my tenure. With a BCom in Strategic Management and a postgraduate qualification in Business Intelligence, I combine operational leadership with a genuinely data-driven approach to decision-making.
