What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations in a high-touch hospitality, luxury service, or premium customer experience environment where I can develop teams, strengthen service standards, manage financial performance, and improve the guest journey.

I directed a 24-to-32-person Front Office operation at Carneros Resort and Spa, overseeing Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, Bell and Valet, Night Audit, Reservations, room inventory, and departmental P&L. I raised the Revinate front desk welcoming score from 85% to 94% in seven months through guest-feedback analysis and targeted coaching.

I've led operations across luxury hotels, premium retail, and showroom environments, including Four Seasons, Fairmont, Omni, J.Crew, Banana Republic, BoConcept, and The Container Store. At BoConcept, I owned showroom P&L, vendor contracts, build-outs, inventory, client relationships, and sales operations.

I build clear operating standards, coach teams through service recovery and performance expectations, and make practical decisions around labor, budgets, VIP service, and cross-functional execution. I'm especially effective in high-touch environments where guest experience and operational discipline must work together.
