I’m looking for a business operations role where I can lead process improvement and organizational change, strengthen CRM-driven workflows, and deliver clear operational reporting while coordinating cross-functional teams during growth and transformation.

I’m a Business Operations professional with 13+ years leading operational support, process improvement, and organizational change across hospitality, property management, and national entertainment organizations. I’ve built credibility through strong operational execution, cross-functional collaboration, and increasing responsibility—especially during periods of growth and transformation.

Today, I support enterprise operations across more than 400 reservations, CRM systems, and operational reporting, producing weekly operational reporting for a 13-member team to drive performance visibility. I also coordinate enterprise-wide guest recovery and reservation support through Zendesk AI and internal business systems, developing AI-assisted communication templates to improve workflow consistency and operational efficiency.
