I am an operations leader with 20+ years’ experience supporting distributed teams and delivering reliable, high-quality service across multiple accounts. I specialize in workforce planning, scheduling, capacity management, KPI-driven reporting, and building systems that surface operational risks early to enable timely escalation.

I partner with service delivery and domain experts to streamline workflows, support onboarding and escalations, and continuously improve efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction. I consult for mission-driven businesses, nonprofits, startups and project-based teams and am training in AI-enabled operations workflows while completing PMP certification.
