I'm looking to lead operational execution, process improvement, KPI visibility, and cross-functional accountability in an Operations Manager role.

I've led customer-facing SaaS implementations at ToolsGroup, owning scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholder communication, and delivery quality. In 2025, I achieved 79% billable utilization while protecting project margins.
