At Bolt Food in Cyprus, I supported rapid operational scaling through restaurant and driver onboarding, CRM administration, KPI reporting, customer support, and cross-functional coordination. I also managed people operations, recruitment, office administration, and financial documentation while working directly with the CEO and co-founder.

Across Grapevine Digital, iLink New Technologies, and Seven Red Lines, I've managed B2B accounts, developed pipeline opportunities, led discovery calls and proposals, and partnered with Marketing and Product to improve customer outcomes. I've worked directly with founders and C-level executives, supporting retention, growth, and deal execution.
