At the British Council, I respond to 90–100 customer enquiries daily through email, telephone, and social media, supporting registrations, examinations, refunds, and general enquiries.

I guide customers through online systems and website navigation, record interactions accurately in internal databases, and resolve concerns professionally. Previously at Platinum Immigration Solutions, I handled outbound client calls, maintained CRM documentation, and assisted walk-in clients with enquiries and administrative support.

I'm continuing my Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security while seeking a remote Customer Service Representative role where I can deliver excellent customer experiences.
