At Mountaineer Cleaning and Maintenance I coordinated daily cleaning schedules, dispatched teams, tracked maintenance calls, and acted as the primary coordination point between cleaners, maintenance personnel, and property managers to ensure property readiness.

Previously at Titan Maintenance Group I managed 50–60 monthly repair requests across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance, maintained detailed service records, and coordinated vendors and contractors to minimize downtime. Earlier I served as a Level 2 Customer Service Representative handling escalations and coaching front-line staff.
