What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate projects and operations, solve scheduling and customer issues, and keep teams, vendors, and clients aligned through completion.

I'm currently coordinating residential service and installation projects from approval through completion, scheduling technicians and tracking equipment, permits, payments, and project status in Housecall Pro, Monday.com, and Slack.

Previously, I supported inventory and customer operations at ItsWorthMore across eBay, Shopify, BackMarket, and warehouse systems. At CubeCare, I prospected, pitched, and closed B2B healthcare and facility-product deals through cold calling, email campaigns, proposals, and quotes.

I also spent five years supervising a blended BPO team across sales, customer service, and retention, using CRM data to improve performance while training and mentoring team members. My earlier technical support experience strengthened my customer problem-solving and service skills.
