What I'm looking for
I’m a customer support professional with hands-on experience in hospitality, telemarketing, quality assurance, reservations, and customer relations. I’m comfortable handling interactions through phone, email, chat, and in-person communication—especially in fast-paced environments.
In my current Reservation Agent / Customer Support role, I assist customers with reservations, scheduling, and support requests. I manage front desk communication, resolve customer issues professionally, and keep booking and customer information systems organized and accurate.
I’ve also supported guests in high-demand hotel front desk settings, managing check-in communication, inquiries, and scheduling support while maintaining precise administrative records. Earlier, as a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst, I monitored sales calls for European financial market companies, evaluated communication and compliance, and produced feedback reports to improve service performance.
Before that, I built strong customer-facing instincts through hospitality event support and client sales work, including telemarketing and external sales.
