What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead high-impact business growth in energy and renewables—owning P&L, building partnerships, and scaling data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, customer outcomes, and long-term profitability.

I’m a strategic business leader with 15+ years of international experience across the U.S., Mexico, LATAM, and Europe, spanning renewable energy, natural gas, electricity, and unregulated products and services. I’ve built growth engines by identifying opportunities, scaling service platforms, and launching new business lines that deliver measurable financial and operational impact.

As Director of Strategic Growth and Business Development, I led market research and opportunity mapping to identify 12 high-potential zones and built a target pipeline of 60+ MW across solar PV, wind, agrovoltaics, biogas, and hybrid off-grid systems. I also established partnerships through NDAs with 15+ EPC firms and regional developers, enabling joint evaluation of early-stage projects and alignment with local market and regulatory needs.

At ENGIE, I earned executive trust to lead innovation and commercial strategy, including securing approval for 5 of 7 solutions positioned as benchmark integrated energy services. I designed forecasts of $25M+ USD revenue and $12M+ USD EBITDA over five years, and launched a flagship offering that generated $0.8M USD in revenue and 600 clients in year one—scaling to $5M USD and 1,300 clients by year five.

I’ve also built and scaled platforms end-to-end, founding the Business & Customer Solutions department across LATAM and launching SERVI2 to reach 408K clients and $12M+ USD annually within three years. Across my career, I combine P&L ownership, cross-functional leadership, and innovation methods like Agile and Design Thinking to validate MVPs, shape go-to-market strategies, and execute with strong operational discipline.
