I've co-founded Emerald Energy Solutions and Omniya, where I directed sales, recruiting, marketing, operations, forecasting, compensation planning, and strategic partner relationships.

At Omniya, I led sales operations for a 60-employee organization generating approximately $1.2M annually. I managed two Regional Sales Directors overseeing 25–40 representatives and implemented coaching and performance standards that produced closing ratios near 40%.

As New Jersey State Sales Manager at Orbit Energy Power, I more than doubled monthly production from about 20 to over 42 deals while keeping cancellations below 10%. I increased the team close ratio from 22% to 48% for six consecutive months and built the top-performing team in a five-state operation.

My background also includes commercial prospecting at Republic Services and renewable-energy consulting at Vivint Solar. I build sales systems, develop people, and create accountability structures that support sustainable territory growth.
