Led go-to-market strategy and business case development to boost U.S. and Canada service adoption and revenue, aligning marketing and sales enablement to accelerate uptake. Secured SKF’s first services business win in years at Nevada Gold Mines by piloting a distribution channel approach and launching brand engagement initiatives.
Rebuilt the SKF service sales pipeline across Western U.S. and Canada and drove adoption of lifecycle technology solutions alongside sustainability programs, including analyzer trade-in initiatives. Coordinated global stakeholders across EMEA, ISEA, and NAM for Chevron Shipping’s RFP to reinforce SKF’s sustainability-focused value proposition and secure opportunities.
Delivered technology solutions through end-to-end project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, strategic road-mapping, and stakeholder management, while supporting marketing with brand messaging and go-to-market strategies. Led pilot projects in collaboration with Daimler trucks, Volvo dealerships, and other field customers to close market gaps and improve fleet operations.
Managed a $14.8MM multi-market territory by building sales pipelines, coaching distributor teams, and applying Salesforce best practices to drive data-driven performance. Delivered $1.06MM+ in documented customer savings through predictive maintenance programs and Mobil Serv Lubrication Analysis training, while negotiating and securing major accounts including Targa Midstream, Apache, and Nextera.
Provided engineering leadership to maintenance and operations teams to efficiently run industrial testing equipment in a stationary lab environment. Commissioned and installed advanced testing equipment with third-party contractors, ensuring compliance with ExxonMobil quality standards while coordinating technical priorities within strict timelines and budgets.
