Led end-to-end Talent Acquisition for a 430+ employee operation, managing a team of 12 recruiters across operational and administrative roles. Implemented recruiting KPIs, productivity dashboards and conversion metrics to improve workforce coverage and align recruiting priorities with operational demand, including business-critical positions.

Served as HR Business Partner for a 250+ employee operation, supporting Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, payroll, compensation, training and HR operations. Maintained 98% staffing coverage while supporting 38% workforce growth over two years and approximately 2% monthly turnover, using HR metrics to support workforce and business decisions.

Led a team of 3 recruiters, delivering 20+ bilingual hires per week while supporting site growth from 20 to 550 employees. Managed recruitment, onboarding and employee integration. Implemented a three-week onboarding program, achieving 90% completion with employees fully equipped and prepared to join their assigned campaigns.

Led 7 recruiters supporting the Huawei account, maintaining a 120+ candidate pipeline and delivering up to 40 hires weekly across technical and engineering roles. Managed workforce resources, employee documentation and client requirements for a large outsourced workforce, combining Talent Acquisition, HR operations and stakeholder management.

Supported the start-up and rapid growth of a manufacturing plant from 35 to 450 employees. Redesigned onboarding and operational training, hired and developed 3 trainers, and achieved 100% production workforce certification. Partnered closely with Operations to build scalable people processes for a rapidly growing organization.

Managed training and development for a 600-employee operation, including Mexican labor-training compliance and approximately 45 annual audits. Led technical, administrative and operational recruiting with 2 HR analysts, maintaining 90%+ staffing coverage and approximately 5% turnover while supporting HR and operational requirements.

Designed and facilitated nationwide training programs for Sales, Customer Service, HR and Engineering, managing budgets, logistics and ROI. Trained recruiting teams in STAR and competency-based interviewing and supported Great Place to Work initiatives, combining Learning & Development, Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition.

Completed a degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), School of Engineering in 2007.

Pursued an online program in SME Management and Administration at the Open and Distance University of Mexico (UnADM).
