What I'm looking for

I seek a senior HR role focused on people operations, compensation strategy, and technology-driven service excellence in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am an experienced HR leader with a background in people operations, compensation, employee lifecycle management, and labor relations across multinational companies in the Americas. I have led teams, launched HR GBS organizations, and implemented regional programs that improved service levels and delivered cost savings.

I have driven large-scale projects such as NOM-035 implementation, EAP rollouts, compensation structure redesigns, and technology-enabled service improvements using tools like Power Automate and Copilot. I have managed full-cycle compensation processes from entry level to executive roles and partnered with vendors such as Mercer, Aon, Towers Watson and Korn Ferry.

My approach focuses on operational excellence, measurable outcomes, and coaching leaders on employee relations and compliance. I deliver service-level improvements, reduced time-to-resolution, and multimillion-dollar cost avoidance while building engaged HR teams across Mexico, North America and LATAM.
