I have led teams, launched HR GBS organizations, and implemented regional programs that improved service levels and delivered cost savings.
I have driven large-scale projects such as NOM-035 implementation, EAP rollouts, compensation structure redesigns, and technology-enabled service improvements using tools like Power Automate and Copilot. I have managed full-cycle compensation processes from entry level to executive roles and partnered with vendors such as Mercer, Aon, Towers Watson and Korn Ferry.
