What I'm looking for

I’m looking to partner with senior leadership to drive HR transformation that improves business performance and delivers measurable P&L impact through people strategy, scalable HR operating models, and leadership development.

I am a business executive who happens to come from HR, and I’ve spent 25+ years partnering with executive teams across Latin America and North America to solve business challenges through organizational transformation.

My goal has always been the same: helping organizations improve business performance and generate measurable impact on the P&L through people solutions—especially through executive hiring, people strategy, and leadership development.

In my recent role, I established the first regional HR structure for LATAM and positioned HR as a strategic pillar. I also redesigned the HR operating model, overhauled recruitment and performance management, and harmonized HR policies and SOPs across countries to reduce complexity and local deviations.

I’ve also built HR in high-growth and fully remote environments, re-engineering onboarding and the employee lifecycle while launching leadership development programs for distributed managers. Earlier, I led regional HR strategy and modernized talent acquisition, and I deployed HRIS/ATS capabilities such as ADP and SuccessFactors to improve data visibility and process automation.
