What I'm looking for

I seek a senior HR role where I can lead HR strategy, build people programs, coach leaders, drive change, and scale talent practices in a collaborative company culture.

I am a Senior HR Business Partner with 16 years of experience designing and delivering HR strategy, employee life-cycle programs, and organizational development across advertising, IT, gamedev and CGI markets. I combine strategic HR consulting with hands-on operational execution, having led HR functions for companies with up to 720 FTE and supported executive boards on HR matters.

My accomplishments include auditing and rebuilding HR policies and SOPs, creating competency models, performance and motivational systems, leading mass recruitment and reductions, and implementing HR modules in Odoo to streamline processes. I have designed and delivered leadership training, 360 reviews, succession and development academies, and employee engagement surveys that improved HR service and cost efficiency.

I am a pragmatic, “can do” HR leader and trainer who values creativity, initiative and measurable results. I network actively, publish on HR topics, and bring a people-centered approach to employer branding, recruitment, and change management to help businesses scale and retain talent.
