What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can drive people strategy, improve engagement and retention, implement HR processes and support growth in a collaborative, growth-minded company.

I am a People Partner with 3+ years' experience supporting teams of 80–150+ employees, combining core People Partner responsibilities with HRBP tasks, recruitment, onboarding, and HR consulting for startups and small teams. I build trusted partnerships with managers and employees, drive culture and engagement, and implement HR processes, policies and automation to improve retention and reduce manual work.

I have led teams of People Partners and HR Generalists across European business units, developed employee journeys, performance and feedback processes, and produced HR analytics and dashboards to guide strategy. I mentor junior HR professionals, consult on conflict and performance matters, and prioritize fair, compliant HR practices that support organizational change and growth.
